The 2013 membership form can be downloaded from this page. You will need a PDF reader to make this work - if you do not have one on your computer, you can download one for free off the internet, or we will mail you hardcopies of the form by request.

How to sign up:
Download and complete the membership form, and return it to us by mail or email. Upon receipt, we will confirm your CSA membership.
Payment: check or credit card (credit card: + 3%)
Either send the farm a check with the membership form, or we gladly send a bill to your email address for payment with a credit or debit card through PayPal. Please note however that we charge an additional 3% of the share price to cover for the PayPal fees.
We discontinued our annual CSA brochure: all information is available on this website - and details regarding the share pick-up are on the reverse of the membership from.
Together, we can reduce the use of paper!
